(Non-Custom Artwork)

General

All ready-to-ship artwork and products are sold as described and photographed. Customers are encouraged to review all images and descriptions carefully prior to purchase.

Due to the handmade nature of the artist’s work, minor variations or subtle “imperfections” may be present and are not considered defects. All sales are final. The artist does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on non-custom artwork once an order has been placed.

Color, Texture & Finish Variations

Although each painting has a smooth glass surface, subtle variations within the painted layers may be visible. Due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays, colors may appear slightly different in person than they do online.

Some pieces incorporate metallic or glitter finishes. Metallic paints may naturally reveal subtle brush strokes as part of the hand painted process. Glitter, reflective, and glow-in-the-dark elements may not fully capture their depth, shimmer, glow, or dimensional quality in photographs or videos.

These characteristics are inherent to the materials and handmade nature of the work and are not considered defects. By purchasing, the custom acknowledges and accepts these natural variations.

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout, where required by law.

Disputes and Chargebacks: The artist reserves the right to formally dispute any chargebacks or payment reversals for orders that have been fulfilled and marked as delivered by mail carrier.

Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, the artist reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via a mail carrier of the artist’s choice and include tracking. Processing times may vary and will be stated at the time of purchase.

Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the artist is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.

If damage occurs during transit, the customer must notify the artist within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation of the packaging and the artwork. A claim may be filed with the shipping carrier. Resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the artist’s sole discretion.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. The artist is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchase of physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the artist.

The artist reserves the right to reproduce and display the artwork for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes.
